What is the minimum order?
Trial orders start at 10 wheel sets, mixed across designs and finishes. Volume pricing applies from your first standing order.
Do you sell direct to consumers?
No. We are a wholesale-only manufacturer serving distributors and retailers. We will never undercut your pricing or compete for your customers.
How does the custom wheel program work?
You bring a design direction (or we design with you), we handle CAD, forging, load testing and certification, then produce under your brand. Custom specs stay exclusive to you.
What warranty do the wheels carry?
A lifetime structural warranty, honored by the factory. If a wheel bends or cracks under normal use, it’s replaced — a warranty your retail customers can trust.
What support do we get after ordering?
A dedicated product support team provides fitment data, spec sheets, product photography and technical answers for your sales team.
What are your lead times?
In-production designs ship fastest; custom programs are quoted per project. Exact timelines come with your quote.
How does shipping work?
FOB factory or delivered — from single pallets to full containers, with your freight arrangements or ours. We currently ship 10 containers per month to North America.
